At Pindoo Create, every order is carefully prepared and packed in the Netherlands. We want your bead kits,
tools, refills, and creative supplies to arrive safely and clearly, with transparent shipping information
before you place your order.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to selected countries and regions only.
Shipping availability and shipping fees are shown in our shipping table below:
Please check the table before placing your order to confirm whether we currently ship to your country
and what the shipping cost will be.
If your country is not listed, we may not currently be able to ship there. You can contact us at
info@pindoo.nl if you have a special shipping request.
2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping fees depend on the destination country or region.
We offer free shipping for orders over EUR 60.
For orders below EUR 60, the shipping cost will depend on the delivery destination. Please check our
shipping table for the exact rate.
Shipping fees will also be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is
available for your destination, the tracking information will be included in the email.
We also prepare orders during weekends where possible, but carrier pickup and delivery times may still
depend on business days, public holidays, and the courier's schedule.
4. Shipping Carrier
Our main shipping carrier is PostNL.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, distance, local carrier network, customs
procedures, public holidays, and other factors outside our control.
We always aim to prepare and hand over your order to the carrier as quickly as possible.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination.
The delivery estimate shown at checkout or in our shipping table is an estimate only. Actual delivery may
vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, local delivery conditions, holidays, weather, or other
circumstances beyond our control.
Processing time is separate from delivery time.
6. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other local charges may
apply depending on your country.
These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer, unless clearly
stated otherwise at checkout.
Pindoo Create is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or unpaid import fees.
7. Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed, please first check the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.
Please also allow for possible delays during weekends, public holidays, peak seasons, customs processing,
or carrier disruptions.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at
info@pindoo.nl.
If the order has not yet been shipped, we will try to update the address. If the order has already been
shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address or stop the parcel.
Pindoo Create is not responsible for failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided
by the customer.
9. Returned or Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, or the address was incorrect or
incomplete, we will contact you after receiving the parcel back.
Additional shipping fees may apply if you would like the order to be sent again.
If you choose to cancel the order after the parcel is returned to us, the refund may exclude shipping
costs or any costs charged by the carrier, where legally permitted.
